I knew Keith is his early days in the IRS. He was stationed in Middletown NY with us. My fondest memory is of Keith's yearly Christmas gift of "NOCO truck" to our son Jason. Keith was a very good friend of mine. He always helps me in difficult times as much as he can. His passing was, and remains, a huge shock to me. We saw each other the weekend before he went into the hospital, and there was no indication that he would be gone so soon.
