Stephen was my brother-inlaw, brother of my husband, James Saroka. Stephen and his wife Gail were very supportive of us when we married in 1985. After Jim passed away in 2002, i lost touch with them. All I have left now is the memories of the time we spent together as family. Stephen was greatly loved by my husband, myself, and our daughter Sharlene. She has spoken often of her Uncle Steve and Aunt Gail over the years. They never met our son, James, Jr. We look forward to being reunited with Stephen in Heaven, one day. Until then, we will greatly miss him....

Steve was a good friend and neighbor when I lived in Wappingers Falls - I remember many fun barbecues and holiday parties. He was a good fellow and surely be missed by his family.
