My heart is heavy after just learning of Karens passing. I worked with Karen for a long time. We shared so much and became good friends for quite awhile. We shared many laughs, many stories, many lunches, and many walks together. She was the kindest, most generous woman you could ever meet. There wasnt anything she would not do for anyone. Her family is in my prayers. Rest in peace my old friend. Gone way too soon. Gina Giallorenzi Marcou.

I have known Karen her whole life. We grew up three houses away from each other and hung out all the time. She was a great mom and a kind, wonderful and caring person. For a few years, after high school, we travel together to Hawaii, Las Vegas, London, and France. When Jess was a little we took him to the Bahamas. We did the same thing with Julia. These memories and the numerous get-togethers and talks, we had will always occupy a piece of my heart. RIP, BFFs Patricia

My husband recently passed of cancer dear Karen was so beautiful ❤️ her kids n my son nick was young 4.her. son Jesse and her beautiful sister Linda.We had amazing times..My husband will see Karen in heaven,hoping they keep smiling .both truly missed

My deepest condolences to all the family..Dear Karen was a amazing woman and mom.I had the pleasure of knowing Karen many years she came to queens to see her dad n amazing sister Linda..We went to water parks n sesame place with the kids.Dear Karen can hold her beautiful mom in heaven n her sister Lorraine and Aunt Delores.I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing .truly a beautiful ❤️ woman.My deepest condolences to All her family..
