Wilfredo Soto Hernandez was born July 14,1949. He was raised in Puerto Rico and moved to New York when he was a young man.


Freddy worked for Con Edison for over 40 years.


He was married to his beloved wife, Norma Brignoni Hernandez for 54 years. He has joined his parents, sister, brothers, his wife and in-laws in eternal peace.


He is survived by his only child, David Hernandez and his son’s partner, Lisa; his two grandchildren, Isaiah and Patricia Hernandez; his four step grandchildren, Victor Juarez and Christopher, Raymond and Nicholas Arocho; and his two great-grandchildren, Ariella Arocho and Mason Arocho.


Wilfredo was a loving husband and devoted father and grandfather. There isn’t anything he wouldn’t do for his family. Those who knew him could see the love for his family.
