Francis Pagliuca, lovingly known as Frank, passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family. He leaves behind a life defined by compassion, devotion, and quiet strength. Frank’s kindness, generosity, and sense of humor brought joy and comfort to all who knew him.

Born on September 12, 1947, in the Bronx, New York, where he was raised, Frank was the beloved son of Michael A. Pagliuca and Constance Artale. His upbringing shaped a life marked by integrity, kindness, and devotion to others.

Frank devoted his career to education and safety. He took great pride in protecting, mentoring, and guiding others, leaving a lasting impact beyond the walls of any classroom or school building.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Raquel Pagliuca; his children, Francis Anthony, Jr., Trisha, and Christopher; and his stepchildren, Tony, Natasha, and Kelvin. He was a proud grandfather to Avery, Wesley, Skylar, Joyce, Spencer, Christopher, Mathew, Candice, Chris, Caleb, Kelly, Phoenix, and Legend, and a cherished great-grandfather to six great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Michael Pagliuca. Family was the center of Frank’s life, and his love for them knew no bounds.

Beyond his family, Frank enjoyed life’s simple pleasures and treasured every moment spent with loved ones.

Frank leaves a lasting legacy of love, kindness, service, and unwavering devotion. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.

Services will be held on Monday, February 9th, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Straub Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 East Main Street, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590. The final hour of visitation, from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, will include prayers led by a Catholic priest. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor and celebrate the life of Francis Pagliuca and the lasting legacy of love he leaves behind.
