Thomas H. Lloyd of Wappingers Falls entered into rest Monday, June 29, 2026. He was 83.
Son of the late Thomas and Alice (Wood) Lloyd, he was born on January 2, 1943 in Wappingers Falls.
Tom spent his career as a professor for Westchester Community College. He also worked part time as a Dutchess County Sheriff. Tom had a lifelong love of music of all kinds, especially the 40s, 50s and 60s. He was a regular “whiz” when it came to any name-that-tune type of game. Tom was well known for his kind and friendly demeanor.
At Tom’s request, there will be no services. He will be laid to rest with his parents in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Route 9W in Newburgh.
