Allan R. Gruendle Obituary
Allan R. Gruendle, a local resident, entered into rest Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at Mid Hudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie. He was 65.
Son of the late Donald and Mary Scofield Gruendle, he was born November 23, 1958 in Poughkeepsie. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged in 1986.
Allan worked as a truck driver owning his own company and later working for various local companies. He retired from Avello Brothers Contactors in Poughkeepsie.
Survivors include his children, Bradley A. Gruendle and his wife, Karley and Brittany A. Cabello and her husband, Isaiah. He was a proud grandfather to Elijah Davis, Artemisia Cabello, Everest, Waylon and Lorelei Gruendle. He is also survived by his former wife, Laurie Gruendle.
He was predeceased by his siblings, Jerry Gruendle and Anne Murray.
