Obituary of Leslie J. Singer-Anderson

Leslie J. Singer-Anderson, a resident of Wappingers Falls, entered into rest Sunday, October 9, 2011 at her home. She was 56. Daughter of Roberta Singer of Riverdale and the late Seymour Singer, she was born July 25, 1955 in New York City. Leslie was a Health Educator with Phoenix House Foundation in Yorktown. She was very dedicated to her career, helping numerous people with life's hurdles. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her children, Krystal and Adam of Wappingers Falls; her sister, Sharyn; her uncle, Dave; her nieces, Marci and Jenifer; her grandniece, Samantha; her devoted friend Tom as well as many cousins. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her sister, Sheryl. Per Leslie's request there will be no services. The family suggests memorial donations in her name be made to Pheonix House Foundation, Development Department, 164 West 74th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10023.
