To the Farrell Family, I am so sorry for your loss. I have very fond memories of Mr. Farrell as he was very instramental in my early years teaching me the art of baseball. He was always very supportive. I remember him taking me to AllSport so I could soak a sore pitching arm during the All Star tournament. I also remember him as the only coach to allow me to throw a knuckle ball while pitching for Villa Roma :) Take comfort in knowing how many lives he touched.

I am extremely sorry to hear of the passing of Bill. I got to know Bill when he coached my son over a dozen years ago, he was a great teacher of the game, and a gentleman at all times. I thank him for all of the things he did for the TOWLL. He was an icon at the field and always will be. I hope they dedicate and name one of the fields after him, he deserves it. God bless your family.

I worked each day with Bill for 10 years, He took me under his wing and taught me the meaning of work ethic and family. Without his mentoring I would not be where I am today in my job and my life. Although we didnt talk much in the past years, I will miss him dearly. He was much much more then a fellow worker, I often thought of him as my second brother and a true friend. I am deeply saddended by his death.
