Just found out about Frannie's passing today. I saw her all the time at the Poughkeekpsie Diner before it was time to go to work. I'm still in shock. My condolences to her family and friends. Rest In Peace Frannie.

Fran was the sweetest, most professional angel in our midst. I never heard her complain or disrespect anyone. People like Fran come around once in a lifetime. I will miss seeing her & her sweet smile. I'm glad we met-now rest in the arms of Jesus Fran.
