Obituary of June Louise Grady

June Louise Paquette Grady, 90, formerly of Barryville, New York, passed away on May 20, 2015 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center surrounded by loving family and friends. Daughter of the late Elmer J. Paquette and Louise Dubois Paquette, she was born on June 9, 1924 in Dover, New Hampshire. She was predeceased by her husband, William T. Grady, III; her daughter, Joy Grady-Hagen; her son, William T. Grady, IV; and her brother, Elmer J. Paquette, Jr. She was a very strong lady with much compassion, always willing to help others. Cooking and spending time with family and friends brought her great joy. Even during difficult times, she had a wonderful sense of humor. Survivors include her daughter, Coleen L. Burns of Poughkeepsie; two sons, Dennis K. Grady and his wife, Rebecca of Pottstown, PA, and Daniel T. Grady and his wife, Angela of Mill Rift, PA; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A private service will be held at Montoza Cemetery in Barryville, New York. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Mary's Church in Wappingers Falls, at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 E.
