Obituary of Thomas L. Dyal

Thomas L. "Tommy" Dyal, III of Albany, formerly of Lagrangeville, died unexpectedly on Friday, December 13, 2013 while at his vacation home in Eagle Bay, NY. He was 32. Tommy is the son of Thomas L. Dyal, Jr. and Deborah S. Smith Dyal of Lagrangeville. He was born on August 7, 1981 in Sharon, Connecticut. He leaves behind his beloved fiancée, Kaye Saglibene of Lagrangeville. A graduate of Arlington High School, Tommy studied at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, attaining his A.S. in Business. He was a long time plant manager for his family's company, Cryo Weld Corp, Albany location. In his spare time, Tommy enjoyed outdoor activities; snowmobiling, boating and fishing, to name a few. He greatly enjoyed the time he spent with family and friends at their vacation home in the Adirondacks. In addition to his parents and his beloved fiancée Kaye, Tommy is survived by Kaye's children Julianna and Abigail and his dog Lilly; sister Rebecca Dyal Centorani and her husband Nick, and their children Bailey, Julia and Hannah, all of Hughsonville; sister Michelle Dyal of Hyde Park; his paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Thomas (Jane) L. Dyal, Sr. of Lagrangeville; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents Paul and Margaret Smith. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, December 21, 2013 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, Clinton Street in Wappingers Falls. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Tommy's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, www.stjude.org.
