Obituary of Josephine P. Quattrociocchi

Josephine P. Quattrociocchi, a lifelong resident of Dutchess County and a former resident of Beacon, New York, entered into rest Wednesday, June 24, 2015. She was 92. Born March 22, 1923 in Wappingers Falls, New York, Josephine was the daughter of the late Tony Peter Todaro and Frances Saverino Todaro. She was one of 13 siblings. She was married to the late Dominick Anthony Quattrociocchi from Pougheepsie, NY. She is survived by her son, Nicholas Quattrociocchi and his wife, Carol of Wappingers Falls; her daughter, Carol DiCambio of Crossville, Tennessee; her sisters, Anna Durso of Port Richey, Florida and Minnie Dul of Wappingers Falls; her six grandchildren, Derek Dominick DiCambio, Brent Jordan DiCambio, Jacqueline Marie Johnson, Michael Dominic Quattrociocchi, Julie Ann Stellini and Matthew Paul Quattrociocchi and their families which includes thirteen great-grandchildren. She also had numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank her longtime caregiver, Susan Nicola. She had worked as a Quality Inspector for IBM for over 30 years at the Poughkeepsie, Kingston and East Fishkill, NY plants. She retired from IBM on March 31, 1990. Family will receive friends on Friday, June 26, 2015 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 East Main Street, Wappingers Falls. A funeral service will be held at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private at St. Mary's Cemetery in Wappingers Falls, NY.
