I was so sorry and stunned to hear of Laura's death. I've known Laura since we worked together in ICU. She never had an unkind word for anyone. I admired her for this quality. I hope she has now found peace. I will miss her sweet face.

Laura was my first Dutchess County friend. I remember our County Fair visits, BenMarl Winery excursions, movies, movies, movies, Walkway on the Hudson, and numerous activities over the past -close to- 30 years. She was a true friend. I miss her incredibly. There is a hole in my heart but I know she will help fill it by remembering how much fun we had together.

Laura was a sweet, kind, and gentile human being. It was such a pleasure knowing Laura over the 20 years, as work colleagues at MidHudson Regional Hospital, formerly, Saint Francis Hospital. I'm very saddened by her passing, and I wish there was more that I could have done for her.
For all who reads this, always remember to be kind and to treat people in accordance to how you would want to be treated. We lost such a bright spirit.

My deepest condolences to Laura's family, she will be greatly missed. I also work at mhrh on 6 Cooke as a nurse. I will miss her sweet, caring way always willing to help me out at work when I called down to her Dept in need of assist. Whenever I saw her in the halls she would give me a big warm hug and take the time to ask how my family is doing. When we saw each other at family parties we would bash the place for good release. I'm so sorry she's gone, praying she's at peace and your family has comfort knowing she was loved. I wish I could attend her calling hours but have to work on Sunday, I will be thinking and praying for her throughout the day ♥️

Laura's servitude and selfless work brought comfort to patients and coworkers for years and years. She touched more lives than most ever do with expert compassionate care. It was an honor knowing Laura for decades. She was always kindhearted to everyone. May she see the face of God and may peace surround her family always.

To Laura's family we send our deepest condolences. Her Dad Ralph was my first cousin and we grew up together and was part of the Giammarino family my whole life. Our mothers were sisters, we shared homes, and our lives. I will miss Laura as I miss Ralph & Dottie. May they all RIP.
