Minute Steaks. A disgusting cut of meat, pounded into submission, fried in butter with some salt & pepper, and stacked on my plate like pancakes. OMG they are so gross. OMG they were so good. I miss you Uncle Steve.

We knew Steve through the Fishkill United Methodist Church. He was always willing to help with various projects. Steve was a good soul & truly cared for his family. He will be greatly missed. Our thoughts & prayers are with Elissa, Terri, & Kenny.

yes, he was a mellow person, very wry sense of humor. He attended Fishkill Methodist Church, and helped us redo our bathroom back in the 1990's. He seemed to become discouraged with life because of medical problems, but I don't remember him ever being negative. Our sincere condolences to the family.

I knew Steven when I lived in Lake Peeksill in the 1970s. I remember him as being a kind, loving and understanding person. He had a great love of nature.
I remember him as being in his early twenties; and I see him that way in my memory now.
