Hello Karen and Gang,
I'm out of my mind (in a wonderful way) with overflowing memories and images of John and all of you - I literally don't where to start, or if starting is a good idea - because I would get nothing else done for days if I did. This much I know: I'm more than lucky to have been welcomed into the fold, a part of the wonderful world you have all created.
I loved John more than I can ever fully express, and I love all of you.
Karen, I know you have a full plate at the moment, but I hope to catch up with you when you get some wiggle room. In the meantime I send every ounce of my love and gratitude to you all, and to John who will indelibly and eternally live on in my heart.
Please let me know if there’s anything I can ever do.

Dear Karen and Family:
It was a long hard-fought battle, but John always had a smile through it all and upbeat to the very end. He possessed such a great sense of humor which produced much laughter, and any event was more special when graced with his presence.
Dave and I will be out of town this weekend and unable to pay our respects and attend his service at church, but we want you to know you are foremost in our thoughts and prayers. Karen, you should receive a medal of honor for the wonderful support and caring you gave to John over the years.
May the burden of your bereavement be made lighter, knowing others are sharing the load.

We are so sorry for your loss. John was so much fun to be around. I will never forget dancing with him at the pig roast. We had lots of laughs . He will be missed.
