My family and I am so sorry for the loss of Joann! She has always been such a great friend and always someone to listen to me vent or whatever. We could sit and talk for hours. I have known Joann for about 17 yrs when I moved into the park and she would come to my house to cut my kids hair and she always did such a great job! RIP my friend you will be missed but I'm glad you don't have to suffer any longer!

Dear Al and Shelley,
My sincere condolences to you and your family. I have been a customer of Joann's for 15 years. She was more than just a hairdresser to me. She was a very good friend. I also worked with her at Mid Hudson Medical Group. That is where she looked at me after a hair cut and said "I really don't like the way they cut your hair", and after that she was my goddess. I was able to meet some of her other customers and had a lot of fun with their stories about her. She is going to be sorely missed by all who knew her. I am speechless, but very happy that she did not suffer for a long time.
