Obituary of Diane M. Lanzo
Diane M. Lanzo, a thirty-one year resident of Wappingers Falls and formerly of Mahopac, entered into rest Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at the home of her daughter. She was 75.
Daughter of the late Joseph E. and Marie Louise Breslin Lanzo, she was born May 5, 1947 in Yonkers. She retired from Verizon in 1997 after 30 years of service. She went on to work at Elant at Fishkill retiring again in 2022. Diane loved animals and was known as a skilled bargain shopper. She treasured time spent with family and good friends.
Survivors include her daughter, Diane C. Hogan and her fiancé, Frank. R. Mariani; her granddaughters, Katrina M. Kruse and her husband, Jordan and Lauren C. Hogan and Fernando Bravo-Garcia; her great-granddaughters, Julianna Rae and Addison Rose; her brothers, Joseph E. Lanzo and his wife, Janice, John N. Lanzo and his wife, Shelli and Michael Krensta; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was predeceased by her brother, Keith Krensta.
Family and friends will gather on Saturday, April 29, 2023 from 2 to 6 p.m. at Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 East Main Street in Wappingers Falls. A memorial service will be held at 5:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
