Kathy was the first face I saw at Neave Group. She hired me during Covid, which was a difficult time for many. I was lucky enough to work alongside her during her last season in Decor. I believe I made her proud, she even had me come to her home to personally decorate a wreath for her entrance. We both shared our love of the holidays! Throughout the last couple of years, she never hesitated to tell me how proud she was of my work and advancements in the company. She was extremely kind to me during the passing of my boyfriend and checked in on me often. After Bill passed away, we bonded even more as she explained it was the hardest thing she had ever had to go through and commended me for my strength in losing my childhood sweetheart as well. I will rememer Kathy fondly, it was an honor to be there for her service. My deepest condolences to her entire family.
PS-My mother Diane Tompkins sends her condolences as well. She has known Bill, Kathy and I believe one of her cousins very well through working at Sears. They were very good customers and dealt with my mom exclusively, who was the first female manager of Sears at the time and valued their patronage.

I was heartbroken to hear the news this morning that Kathy has followed her Billy far sooner than anyone would have believed possible. But when a light shines so strong, as theirs both did, it is never gone. There is an everlasting glow that remains. My deepest condolences to the entire family, their pride and joy. So sorry to all of u for the great loss of your mom. Scott & Family and April & Family, Kathy always comforted me as your dad & My husband passed close together.
