Again, I would like to extend my most sincere condolences to the family of a beautiful brother and his beautiful mother.
I was recently in a car accident and I am unable to attend. Please do not let my absence reflect my love for this brother.
I leave you with the following:
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "When a person dies, all his deeds come to an end except three: ongoing charity, or endowment), beneficial knowledge (which he has left behind), or a righteous child who will pray for him."

I will always remember Cedric as a key member of that 1966 extraordinary track team that made us all so very proud of this truly special moment in time which has forever placed you and your teammates as the best or one of best High School track teams ever produced in this Nation. To the beloved Thomas Family,
As I live and breath for each one of you, I extend my love and deepest condolences on the losses of dear, sweet Juanita Thomas and my one of a kind, beloved Cedric Thomas.
I know the devastation and pain each of you feels as we say see you later to our loved ones. Each of them were a beautiful, incomparable lady and gentleman. There will never be a replacement for either.
I cannot imagine life without their presences and totally devote my heart and prayers to their peaceful transitions.
God bless them both and know how deeply they are missed and will be forever loved.
