Obituary of Norma A. Oppedisano

Norma A. Oppedisano of Poughkeepsie entered into rest Thursday, May 24, 2018 at home, surrounded by her family. She was 71. Daughter of the late Vincent and Mary Piccolo Oppedisano, she was born on December 5, 1946 in Poughkeepsie. Survivors include her son, Vincent J. Oppedisano and his wife, Amanda of Poughkeepsie; sister, Josephine Maines of Poughkeepsie; and grandchildren, Joseph, Kasara and Nicholas. She was predeceased by her brother, Anthony Oppedisano. Family will receive their friends on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 E. Main Street, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at 10 a.m. at St. Martin de Porres Church, 118 Cedar Valley Road in Poughkeepsie. Interment will follow in St. Peter's Cemetery, Salt Point Turnpike, Poughkeepsie.
