For the family of Casper, he was a wonderful human being and a mentor. As a new hire to IBM, I was assigned to share an office with Casper and to learn from him. What a wonderful experience! He was so patient and funny and had a wonderful sense of humor! My career at IBM could not have been possible had it not been for Casper who showed me the ropes and left me with endearing memories of my experience in Procurement. As a new hire, he helped me focus on my finances, thanks to his involvement in the credit union. We are all better people for having known and worked with this wonderful human being!

It was my pleasure to be Casper's leader for exercise class at Bowdoin Park. He always had a smile and shard tat smile with the whole class. Whenever some one was missing from class, Casper expressed his concern. On Thursday, when we met, the class was stunned by his passing. We send our heartfelt prayers to h9is family who must be missing him exponentially more than the class. We're glad we had the pleasure of his company - even for a short time.

I had the pleasure of working with Casper at the credit union from 1988 to 1992. He was unfailingly gracious, polite, caring and most of all, a gentleman. He was encouraging of my career and always asked how life in general was for me. I recall planning many Annual Meetings with Casper. My condolences go out to his family. I am sure a soul such as Casper's has a special place in Heaven. God Bless you all.

I want you to know that Casper will be truly missed. I am an employee of HVFCU and saw Casper quite frequently. I want you to know what a wonderful man he was. Casper always had a smile on his face and if he was having a bad day you would never have known it. He always took the time to say hello even if he was in a hurry. I will truly miss him and my prayers are with you. I am sure that he will watch over you and will always be in your heart. In such a difficult time try to think of all the good memories that you have and how blessed you were to have had him in your life. I am so sure he would not want you to be sad.
Deepest Sympathies,
Sharon Whalen

I have known Casper for over 35 years having joined the credit union as an employee in 1967.
It was an honor to know Casper. The qualities he possessed as a professional and as a
person - honesty, humor and compassion for others - are qualities not easily found in today's
world. He will be greatly missed.
I will miss Casper's monthly visits and kind words.
He, as well as you all, are in my thoughts and prayers.
