Richard Kiernan Kelly Richard Kiernan Kelly, a resident of the Village of Wappingers Falls, entered into rest Thursday, February 21, 2008 at his home. He was 52. Son of the late John F. and Lois Basso Kelly, he was born September 6, 1955 in Flatbush, New York. Survivors include his wife, Leslie A. Armstrong-Kelly; his son, Kevin Kelly; his daughters, Kristi and Shannon Kelly all at home in Wappingers Falls; and his brother, Sean Kelly of Florida. Funeral services will be private.
