Obituary of Nicholas J. Luongo

Nicholas Luongo Nicholas Luongo of Wappingers Falls entered into rest Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. She was 61. Son of the late Louis and Frances Impellizeri Luongo, he was born on June 28, 1946. Nicholas was a member of Greystone Programs family, residing at Universal IRA in Wappingers Falls. He loved the New York Mets. He also enjoyed playing guitar and singing with the Pete Croatty Band. He will be missed by all of his Greystone friends and family. Mr. Luongo is survived by his cousin, Mary Labell of Wingdale. He was predeceased by his sister, Lucille. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 28 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 E. Main Street, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590. A funeral service will follow visitation at 3 p.m. Interment will take place in Wappingers Rural Cemetery, Wappingers Falls.
