Dear Ron: I doubt you remember me, but I worked for you and Joni at Ormonds when you first met. The two of you were such wonderful people to work for and, although you tried to hide it, were so obviously in love. I am sooo sorry to hear of Joni's passing. She was a spectacular lady. I am not surprised to read she was an amazing mom too. I know this is very late in coming, but please know my heart felt prayers go out to you and your precious boys.

Dear Ron,
I haven't seen Joni for years, but I always think of her with so much affection. Our days working together years ago are a wonderful memory. Everyone loved Joni - she had such a calm, kind, sweet way of dealing with both staff and clients. You would just look into her warm brown eyes and she could talk you into anything. I will never forget when she was first hired, she asked to leave early Tuesday to go bowling. That was fine because nobody could ever say no to Joni. Your boys should know that before she took on
her favorite job as "Mom", she was an incredibly talented and competent business woman. She was one of a kind. Please know how truly sorry I am for your loss.

Dearest Ron, Cody, Tyler & Family, On behalf of both of our families we send all of our thoughts & prayer's. We have been out here 9 years and memories of your wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend are ones that have always brought a smile or a giggle whenever we would talk of old times. She was always so fun, caring, & beautiful. There will be times when you will feel as if she is there with you, and she WILL be. Joni had such a strong spirit in life. We can only imagine how strong it is now that she is at peace. May faith, family, & friends help your hearts to heal. Although we cannot be there, please know our sincere thoughts are.

Ron, Cody and Tyler,
As you struggle to understand why she was taken away from you so early, please try to remember how wonderful she was and although the time she was here was certainly not long enough it was very, very special and she will always love you. My brother also passed away this year at 46, and I sincerely believe that he is looking down on my family each and every day wanting us to be happy and live on. Continuing to share your memories helps to keep our loved ones alive in our hearts. Talk about mom and let your friends and family help you through this sadness. Our Prayers and Thoughts are with you all.
