Obituary of Ronald W. Klaproth

Ronald W. Klaproth, Sr. Ronald W. Klaproth, Sr., a resident of the Town of Wappinger, entered into rest, Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at his home. He was 67. Son of Mildred Hull Klaproth of Poughkeepsie and the late William Klaproth, he was born October 10, 1940 in Kingston. On January 28, 1972 he married the former Linda M. Heady in Poughquag, New York. Mrs. Klaproth survives at home in Wappingers Falls. Prior to his retirement, he was a maintenance engineer at the Dutchess CountyInfirmary in Millbrook. He was a member of the Millbrook Volunteer Fire Department. Ronald loved animals, especially dogs. In addition to his mother, Mildred Hull Klaproth of Poughkeepsie and his wife, Linda Klaproth at home in Wappingers Falls; he is survived by his sons, Ronald Klaproth, Jr. and his wife, Jeness of Wappingers Falls and David Klaproth of Poughkeepsie; his daughters, Kimberly Dellatto and her husband, Jeffrey of Royal Palm Beach, Florida and Jennifer Edwards and her husband, Tobey of Pennsylvania; his brother Carl Klaproth and his wife, Mary of Bloomingdale, NewYork ; his brother-in-law, Kenneth D. Heady and his wife, Holly of Millbrook; his grandchildren, Olivia, Ryan, Colton, Annarose, Joseph, MacKenzie and Evan and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to SPCA, 636 Violet Avenue, Hyde Park, New York 12538. Arrangements are under the direction of Straub, Catalano & Halvey Funeral Home, 55 E.
