Dear Aunt Cacky, Mickey, Eileen, Debbie, Timmy, and Joseph. I just read an email that Michael sent me a couple of days ago about Uncle Mike. Words absolutely cannot express how sorry I am. I think about all of you often, remembering the good times we had -- Blue Mountain, camping, the "Oceanic", playing cards, etc.
Even though we have not seen each other in a long time, the good memories will always be in my heart.

Hi Aunt Cack, Mickey, Eileen, Debbie, Tim and Joe,
So sorry to hear of Uncle Mike's passing yesterday. My mother was very upset to hear of the news, and very depressed over it. She did talk to him the Saturday after Thanksgiving and was glad to hear his voice. She worried that she tired him out.
The last time I saw Uncle Mike was at Aunt Peg's funeral. As we sat around the kitchen table at Mike's house, he say some beautiful Irish songs. I really enjoyed his booming voice. He will be missed by his large family. I know his grandkids loved him so. I was glad to hear that he was able to see everyone at Thanksgiving, I think seeing his whole family excited him to enjoyment. I know this will be a hard Christmas to get through, so I wish the McCarthy family peace, love and comfort at this time. Love to you all, Dolly

my thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. big mike was a wonderful man, always smiling and happy and used to tease marie and i all the time. i will be thinking of your entire family and sending my strength and love to you all.
