I was so saddened by Bruce's passing. Although they are old ones, I have happy memories of working with him at IBM. They range from his great sense of humor to many discussions of history and the Yankees. I remember when the group set the "death dog"
consumption record and his delight in talking about your cross country trip.
He even gave me a copy of the journal he kept! He was a real morale booster.
