Troy was a special person. He was always there to help when I needed something on the computer and it never seemed like it was too much trouble to help me. The world is poorer without him.

I didn't know much about Troy, but what I do know with the little time we shared with him. He had a Tremendously Huge Heart an Outstanding , Passion, Love and Dedication to his new family life. With all his struggles he stood proud and firm to give his Strong Loving Wife Joanie a foundation of assurance that, everything would be ok. I was known to him as an exaggerating instigator as I would brag about every one of my new loves in my life (my grandchildren). He got to experience it when I first saw and heard him speak to his first granddaughter, Elliana with the gleam and glowing smile all over his face that he was in love all over again. As he melted like butter as she reached out to her Papa to be lifted and raised high in the air fearlessly!!!! Enough said at this time rest in peace my dear Friend and Brother in Christ. Joe Marrero

Troy, Although we didn't see each other too often - I enjoyed every minute we did. We played golf together, went fishing together, and even sometimes managed to do a little work together. It's sad to think, I'll never hear your voice on the other end of the phone again. Thanks for everything you did, you'll be a true friend forever.

Troy and I worked together at Carecore National and then at Planned Parenthood for about a total of 8years. In fact I knew Troy and Joanie when they were dating and then when they got married...... A lovely couple to be around and clearly in love and devoted to each other.
Troy and I shared a lot of laughs and a lot of "rolling of the eyes" as we were both in positions where the unexpected and unpredictable always happens... He was a great colleague to have on your team and a loyal employee. i am so happy to have known Troy and I send sincere offerings of sympathy to those were close to him. Marilyn
