Susan,
I have many wonderful memories of your mother. Just to name a few, her taking me to my driving license test and taking us out to Red Lobster (very fancy to me as a teenager) to celebrate that I passed. Her checking in on the house on days I couldn't remember if I let Pluto back in the house before rushing off to school, and her arranging for us to get the centrally located tall locker in high school. She was a wonderful woman and very kind to me. I am so sad that I cant be there in person.. Sending you, Patty and your Dad love and my deepest condolences.

Dear Susan and Patty - I am so sorry for your devastating loss. Your mom was wonderful to me when I was teaching at Myers. She offered so much help and so many kind words. Her support meant the world to me. And, of course, you know that the sun rose and set on you two. She was so proud of you - with good reason. Since I am still teaching, I am unable to attend her wake and funeral Mass because I have students at those times. Wednesday is a day off from school so I have students all day. I am upset that I will miss seeing you and sharing the wonderful memories I have of you and your mom. I am sending much love to you and your family.
