Brent was a great classmate at Wappingers Central School. He was a natural-born class leader as we all admired Brent. He had an easy going personality and was a fine athlete both in our gym classes with Doc. Macrini Dave Beverly and on the basketball court and the football field. He set the pace and everyone admired him because of his warm personality.

My sister, from Poughkeepsie, just sent me this obituary from the P'ok Journal. My first Dental Hygiene position was in 1974 with Brent. He was a great employer and a special person. I named my first-born son, Brent, after him! I am so sorry to hear this news. I appreciated him giving me a job, right out of school. My prayers are with your family.

Was saddened to see that DR. Brent had passed away. I was his patient for almost 30 years. Loved him. I am an avid traveler and we enjoyed talking of my adventures. I am so sorry that he did not have longer to enjoy his hobbies and adventures in his retirement.

Dear Jan and family, So very sorry to hear of your loss. Brent was an amazing man and one of the most devote husband/father/grandfather I have ever had the privilege to know. Besides that, Brent was an absolute pleasure to work for - 15 years of working with a brilliant, kind, caring and very professional dentist who quite obviously loved his family to the ends of the earth. Dear Jan,
I am so truly sorry to read about the passing of Brent. It seems like only yesterday that we were all friends who did so much together, parties and groups and couples. Brent and his family and I go back a long way when his mom and I worked at the Shopper, Gordon and Brent's dad worked at Montgomery Ward. I vividly remember going to NYC with Brent so he could fill a cavity for his dental finals (I think his mom and Gordon went also). You and Brian are also part of that memory bank plus seeing you and Brent on and off through the years. My warm regards to Kirk and Jeff. My warmest regards to you.

I only briefly knew Brent through the Acquatic Scuba club in Poughkeepsie. I wished I had more time to know him as I have only been a member for a brief time. People who really knew him said he was a great guy. He will be missed by many. I wish I could be at the funeral but I am travelling for a couple of weeks.

I have fond memories of Brent as an outstanding classmate as he earned superior grades and he was a gifted athlete. He was a friend to everyone and had a warm, wonderful personality. I am saddened by his death.

To the Williams Family,
Dr. Williams was my dentist for 35 years. we first met when I was 5 years old. He made what is normally a frightening experience for a 5 year old, fun! I never feared going to the dentist, and looked forward to hearing the gentle and calming sound of his humming as he did his work. He had a special talent and i will remember him fondly. I wish you all peace and healing in this difficult time. He was a special man and he will be missed by many.
