Rob was an amazing man, and an inspiration to many people at ARms Acres. His memory will live on in all of us. He is greatly missed by everyone. He was a man of courage and honor and he came here every day with a smile on his face. He was a person anyone could talk to when they needed anything and he was very dependable. When I got here I wasn't sure if being sober was what I really wanted. Now I know that it is ... and that's because of Rob. He was a very caring person and I know he is safe now in God's arms waiting for all of us to someday join him. I am very sorry for your loss. I will never forget Rob, ever.

Rob was a nice person, I learned alot from him. I will miss him alot. I know that what happened was bad but it really made me want to stop even more because he was a good guy and if this can happen to him, it can happen to me. But everything happens for a reason and this has helped alot of people now because we know this should not have happened to a good man like him. I hope Rob is in a better place and he can still help me because I'm going to thik about him everytime I want to pick up again. Love always.

I just got here not that long ago and I haven't gotten to know Rob that well but I know he was a good guy with all the stories I heard about him and all the good advice he gave everyone on his recovery. He will be missed and he will always in our hearts and he will always be a part of Arms Acres. I;m so sorry for your loss but God has taken him into his arms and he's going to take very good care of him. You can say that he went from a bad place to a great place and he can fly free and still look over all of us as we take it one day at a time.

My second day in Rehab, Rob took us (the adolescent group) to the Rec. Room. When I was in my own thoughts, Rob came and sat down beside me and asked me about my drugs of choice and how I feel now that I hurt everyone around me. He let me open up to him and he opened up to me. He was telling me how he used to be involved with drugs and how he is doing better. I never saw this coming. Rob was a gorgeous bright man who opened the door to many of us, and I am thankful for his blessing. He taught me how to talk about my problems, but most of all he taught me the real dangers of drugs. Rest in peace, you're in a safer place now.

I'm 17 and I came here May 4th. I got the chance to talk to Rob a few times and hang out down in the weight room with him. At first, I thought he was strict but after a day of being here I knew he was just trying to help us. He tried to lead us in the right direction and he did alot of things for us that he didn't have to do. In a way, his death helped me because I don't think his overdose "just so happened" while I was ehre. I'm going to use it to help my recovery. I'm sorry for your loss. Rob was too young to go and that's not the way anyone should have to go.

Bobby and I met during my last semester at Oneonta, while he was still a freshman. Bobby was an individual who you could "click" with immedietly. He was a great kid, and even though I graduated the semester we met, we continued to stay in contact. I know that many other members of my fraternity feel the same way about Bobby, and he will surely be missed by us all. My deepest condolences to his family, may he rest in peace.

On behalf of the Dingee family I would like to offer our condolences for your loss. Bobby was a great person that will be missed. I met Bobby along time ago through Jimmy. He was also a friend to my younger sister Tracie and with many in our neighborhood. We became friends years later when we were both attending Oneonta State. He had a way of making you feel
important when you spoke with him. I can remember talking with him about how Jimmy and I were old friends. I could sense that he loved his
brothers and knew what the words friendship and family meant. I could also sense that his friends and family really loved him back. For the rest of my time up at Oneonta he was a true friend. When I bumped into him after graduation he was the same old Bobby. I will never forget his smile, his laugh, his generosity and friendship. May he rest in peace.
