The Vedas taught us "Do significant things, but do not make yourselves significant"Tansukh taught us the same principle. He did a lot of significant things, but never did he boast or made others feel less worthy.I had always enjoyed his(and Savi's) company.Tansukh,I will miss you ,but you made this world a better place.May your soul rest in peace!

I had the pleasure and honor of accompanying Tansukh on a Rotary trip to El Salvador in 2008 that involved a clean water project. I learned from him that a project takes more than throwing money at it. It takes personal involvement, commitment and time. He was a great example of a man of integrity, focus, passion, tranquility, and wisdom. I am glad I got the chance to know him and work with him so closely. He made an everlasting impression on me.
You must be the change you wish to see in the world. Mahatma Gandhi

Having know Tansukh for 40+ years as a friend, teacher and mentor from my early teen years through my adult life. So many memories of my early life include him and in later years his family. He will be missed but never forgotten, with many fond memories that will live in my heart and soul forever.

I am truly saddened by Tansukh's passing. He was a friend and colleague whose company I always enjoyed. He shared his unique sense of humor and laughter with all of us at Beacon Lab. Climbing a snow covered Mt Marcy with him and his son Amal was a special day that I remember.

Tansukah was a good friend and neighbor many years ago when we were both much younger. Since moving away we've not seen one another but my memories of this fine gentleman are no less sincere. Our sincerest sympathies to Savi, Aditi, and Amal. Sadly I will be out of the area and unable to attend services, I would like to have seen you all and convey my most heartfelt sympathies. May he rest in Eternal Peace, and soar above as an angel as he did in his Cessna.

Tansukh had a great gift for friendship. He projected unconditional acceptance towards everyone he met. Who could resist his beautiful expressive eyes, that merry twinkle and his ability to make you feel you were the most important person in the room. Tansukh knew how to listen, when to advise or comfort or when to employ his great sense of humor. He was kind and compassionate, a man of peace. Tansukh didn't draw attention to himself as he went about giving of himself. He saw the good in all, and his goodness enriched everyone. Tansukh left this world too soon. Savi, Tansukh's love for you was so obvious, so abundant -- may that love fill your heart for all time.

Savi & Family:
My friend, the little man with the big smile- what an inspiration to me and District 7210. He will be missed so much. My heart goes out to you and your family. I know that he now has the biggest pair of angel wings to take him all over the world- he is probably right now with a child who does not have good water or shelter. He will "embrace" and take care of "all concerned" Love to you, Chris & Anthony Giangrasso
