The entire community of The HealthCare Chaplaincy--its board of trustees, clinical and administrative staff--joins with me in expressing our prayerful condolences to our trustee and friend, Anita, to her brother and family, as they mourn the death of their beloved mother. We have been present in prayer and mindfulness during the recent months of your mother's failing health, and in her dying we are especially joined with you in your grief. May you know the comfort that only God can give.

We were saddened to hear of your mother's passing, Steve and Anita. She was super special to me. She was way beyond a neighbor to me. She was friend, mentor, fellow cat lover, and family. She drove me to school every day for two years so I could be with my friends, and got me out of a bad school situation. Our drive time chats were very special! I loved being able to surprise her with a new kitty that I brought home for her from college! I also have fond memories of seeing you all come down the sidewalk on a hot summer evening to go swimming in our pool...an impromptu party! So many of my childhood memories include your family. She will be missed here on earth, but there is certainly great rejoicing going on in heaven! Our love goes out to you all! Peter, Shelley, Collin and Hayley
